    We will place your order immediately on receiving cleared funds into the Revolight bank account from your chosen payment method. From order placement, the shipment of your order will normally be delivered to you between 15-25 days from order placement (sometimes quicker).   • What if the product I wish to purchase is not in stock?

  • When can I expect to receive my refund?
    You will receive an email confirmation once our accounts department processes any refund on your purchase. The funds will take 3-5 business days to return back to the account you initially paid with.
  • What if my product arrives damaged?
    If you notice your order has been delivered to you in a damaged condition, you must contact our customer service team on +61468823118, within 7 days from the date of delivery. Please take photos of the condition of your delivery and send to us at info@revolight.com.au.

    Yes, the majority of the products purchased from Revolight are backed by Manufacturer's Warranty. This is in addition to any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law. For additional peace of mind, some product also come with a 75-Day Buyer Protection Money Back Guarantee provided by the overseas supplier which covers not receiving an item as described, or your item not being delivered with Buyer Protection period.   • Does Revolight deliver to my location?
    We deliver to 95% of Australians, so we probably deliver to you! Please note, we’re unable to deliver to PO (Post Office) Boxes.
  • Will I pay GST on my order?
    All prices quoted on the Revolight website are inclusive of GST and Shipping. That's all you will pay! Should you require an urgent delivery, please contact us before placing your order and we will investigate and quote faster shipment options.
